are hereby notified

and encouraged to attend

this Special Real Estate Principal Member Meeting

to consider Bylaws Revisions 

as unanimously adopted by the Board of Directors

This Special Meeting of BOMA Greater Dallas is called in accordance with the current Bylaws dated 02.18.14 in Article III, Section 2 Special Meetings and Article X Amendments of These Bylaws.

Having thoroughly reviewed the Bylaws and having made significant proposed changes to that document in an attempt to modernized, adapt best practices, sync with current Texas laws, and close policy loopholes, the Board of Directors, under the Leadership of President Amber Stugart, has called this one-issue Special Meeting for the sole purpose of considering, and eventually approving, the proposed Bylaws Revisions, with or without modification on the meeting floor.
