Kjersten Jaeb is Vice President of Asset Management for UnitedHealth Group, where she leads strategic real estate portfolio initiatives that support enterprise growth, operational excellence, and business transformation. With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Kjersten has held leadership roles across asset management, portfolio management, property operations, and corporate real estate with organizations including Healthpeak Properties, Physicians Realty Trust, Wells Fargo, and Cushman & Wakefield. She is a recognized industry leader, serving as the current Chair and Chief Elected Officer of BOMA International. Kjersten is passionate about developing future leaders, advancing innovation in real estate, and creating value through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making.
