Coffee & Chat: Government Affairs in the CRE Industry

Join us for a conversation on all things Property Tax over coffee with guest speaker Isaac Fizer, a Director in CBRE's Valuation and Advisory Department. Isaac also serves as the Dallas Practice Co-Leader for the Property Tax Services Group. In this role, he is responsible for developing, leading, and managing the Dallas Property Tax Practice. 

With over a decade of experience, Mr. Fizer specializes in managing real property portfolios, leveraging a network of consultants, attorneys, and appraisers to secure favorable tax assessments. As a licenses Property Tax Consultant, he possesses extensive knowledge of commercial property types and filing requirements, including renditions, exemptions, and abatements. 

Before joining CBRE, Mr. Fizer was a Director at Paradigm Tax Group, where he lead the North Texas region for the national property tax consulting firm. Prior to that, he held senior consulting roles in Paradigm’s Dallas, Boston, and Washington, D.C. offices, handling tax appeals across multiple states, including D.C., Maryland, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Virginia, and Texas.
