Come join us for a mock tour to see what it takes to earn The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award. 

Whether you win or not, the process of preparing a TOBY entry will make you and your property: hyper efficient, better run, and more profitable. You owe it to your owners to learn more.

This event is presented by your BOMA Greater Dallas Awards Committee.
